The location was just perfect for us (a family with two kids): away from the busy main promenade street but still close enough to walk there in 7-10 min. The flat is just minutes away from a fantastic beach. The 9th floor was high enough to make the noise from the downstairs cafe and restaurant gentle and even enjoyable rather than annoying.
The local cafes and restaurants are nice and reasonably priced, also offering a kid's menu.
