Super Lage und mit etwas Glück hat man den Parkplatz direkt am Haus.
Rezeption nicht besetzt und kein Ansprechpartner zu erreichen. Zahlencode funktionierte mitunter erst nach dem 5. oder 6. Anlauf.

Die Ausstattung und Lage des Hotels war ansprechend.
Nicht gefallen hat uns die Zimmervergabe. Die Codes für die Zimmer funktionierten nicht, nachdem wir diese erst nach mehrmaligen Mahnen per E-Mail erhielten. Das um für 8.00 Uhr angesagte Frühstück konnte erst um 9.00 Uhr eingenommen werden, da der Verantwortliche es verschlafen hatte und erst viel zu spät mit Beuteln von Brötchen und Frühstückszubehör an und vorbeirauschte.

Organisation, Reaktion an Kundenanfrage ...... keine Reaktion auf Mail mit Anfrage wegen Motorradparkplatz, bei Eincheck-Info falsche Zimmernummer - die dann natürlich mit dem Code nicht funktioniert. "Notfallnummer" führt zu Tonbandansage "diese Nummer ist zur Zeit nicht vergeben" - Schlüsselabholung im Lokal visavis (wegen Ruhetag geschlossen!) hat dann nach klopfen an der Scheibe funktioniert. Frühstück ist zwar laut booking verfügbar, muss aber telefonisch am Vortag reserviert werden - bitte geht ums Eck auf den Markt! Zahlung nach Rechnung via Banküberweisung da Kassensystem nicht funktioniert. Ein "Sorry, da hat einiges nicht funktionert" hätte ich mir vom Rezeptionisten erwartet
