Es un lugar muy hermoso, mucha vegetación, animales, esculturas, murales, personal muy amable, instalaciones y piscinas limpias, comida deliciosa.
La vía para el ingreso al hotel está en mal estado.

Me gustó las actividades y el trato del personal, bastante bien por ese lado
La comida estuvo bien pero los platos a la carta no justifican el precio respecto al sabor y preparación del plato como tal, ni los acompañamientos, hay mucho por mejorar ahí y también que es bastante difícil llegar al lugar

You get an excellent attention from you initial receptionist, but the rest of the staff are basically ignoring you. The WiFi is terrible, too little access points, and they do not reach the rooms. Prepare to take cold showers, there are not water heaters. If you are used to receive a jar of cold water with glasses as a minimum courtesy of the house, you will be disappointed, you have to buy it. Before arrive the complex you have to drive for 2Km of bad dirt road. The place need more maintenance, attention to details
