The location was superb. The view from the balcony and the terrace were unmatched. The view alone was worth the 120 steps up to the apartment. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've had in all of my travels. Plenty of natural light. Very well stocked kitchen. Plenty of different places to sit and relax. The apartment was in the Center of historic Bologna, so very close to fresh fruit and veg, restaurants, shops, and the list goes on.
Some folks may have an issue with the # of steps, but there was an elevator. I prefer steps and functional fitness so every step brought me closer to a view that was unmatched.

The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect. You absolutely could not be more central and the view from the rooftop balcony was 2nd to none. The decor was fresh and modern yet still comfortable and having the lower and upper Terrace felt like an added luxury. The spiral staircase was quirky and unique and the apartment was very well equipped.
We loved everything. However, I think anyone with any kind of mobility issues would not suit this apartment due to the spiral stair access and split level steps inside the apartment. It was also quite a cold October week when we visited and although there were lots of extra blankets, the small heater provided seem to have a loose connection and did not work properly. Not a huge issue for us but perhaps
worth replacing for future guests.

Excellent location and fantastic views from the terrace
A bit shabby, could do with an upgrade and professional decorating. Nowhere comfortable to sit other than on the bed. Fridge door doesn’t close properly and the wine fridge didn’t work at all. Anyone with mobility issues will struggle with the very tight cast iron spiral staircase
