About this villa rental
The hillside villa has fabulous views and plenty of space, with easy access to the French Riviera and Provence.
During July and August we rent from Saturday to Saturday. Please note that for stays shorter than seven days we add a fee of 300 euros to prepare the house.
The house has its own large swimming pool with loungers and umbrellas on the deck. It has four double bedrooms (two en-suite) and a single bedroom.
Serendipity has a large kitchen, two living rooms and a tiled, sheltered dining terrace. There is both a gas grill/BBQ and a wood outdoor bread/pizza oven as well as a full kitchen inside.
It has wireless internet and a smart TV.
There is a boule area, olive trees and plenty of private parking inside the grounds.
The village of Figanieres -- a five minute drive or 30 minute walk -- has narrow streets and an old church. The region is full of wonderful villages, where rural life is thriving. The centre of village life is the (child friendly) bar and restaurant. There are also great pastry / bread shops, smaller grocery stores, a post office, a natural spring with the best water you have ever tasted and a tourist information centre. You can purchase the excellent local rose close by - a ten minute walk across the vineyards . On a clear day you can see the Mediterranean from the village.
This year we have installed air conditioning in the three biggest bedrooms and the living area.

Property is just as described, plenty of room for our family of 4. The house had a proper family ‘feel’. There is air con in some rooms but even though it was over 30 most days the house stayed cool. The pool was fabulous.Mark kept in touch and responded very quickly to any concerns. He provided a welcome document which was very useful with local knowledge about places to visit and the best way to get there. Very quiet location and not really near anywhere to walk to so a car is necessary. There were bikes at the property but we didn’t use them. We loved the house and the area and would definitely love to stay here again.

This property and its spacious house is great holiday home. Located in nice surroundings and a calm area to enjoy the holiday. Our kids loved spending time by the nice and spacious pool area. Its very a family friendly property. The trustees are nice people and offers great service, such as a clean pool every day. The checkin process was effortless. Me and my family really enjoyed our two weeks at this venue

From the first contact with the owners, till the departure from this perfect holiday home: everything went perfectly! This house is the textbook example of a holiday home with enough space for all members of our gang, ranging from young kids to adults that needed alone time. The owners even made bicycles and games available which allowed us to visit the neighbourhood or have some fun around the family table. The villa is indeed nicely isolated from other neighbours and is situated in an ultragreen environment. We would recommend this home to any family that is looking for quality time in a peaceful environment or around the luxurious swimming pool :-)!!!

Bonjour notre appréciation est en demi teinte :
Cote piscine c’est le top , coté accueil des gérants extraordinaire de gentillesse , coté situation géographique parfaite au calme retirer mais proche de tous les commerces .
Hélas le gite comporte un gros problème le voisinage , le voisin le plus proche nous interdit d’écouter de la musique de faire du bruit dans la piscine etc.....et ce pas que le soir après 22H mais en permanence . Et si vous respectez pas les consignes du voisin c’est la police municipale qui vient vous le rappeller .!!
Coté agencement pas de cafetière et une table extérieur cassé ( qui fut changer pendant le séjour ) alors adepte du silence total vous seraez heureux les autres je vous déconseille ce gite
