Дуже все чисто, гарний номер, великий ,просторий. Зручні ліжка. В кожній кімнаті балкон з красивим видом на море та оливкові сади. В кухні все є для готування їжі . Хороші господарі. Зручне розташування. Ми кожен день їздили в різні місця до найкращих пляжів Халкідіки , це займало 30 хв. Тихе, спокійне місце, з красивими краєвидами на Грецію.

1. The place is very clean, excellent, it is really sparklingly clean!!!! 2. The Owner (Niko) and his mother were available 100% of the time and they provide all that we needed including fresh fruits and olives from their own garden (very delicious) 3. Amazing sea view. And when I say AMAZING I mean it!!! I haven’t seen anything even close to it. You can enjoy you coffee in the morning and your glass of wine at night and watch the moon shining in a clear breezy night. Just amazing!!! 4. The price is very good, the best I could find for that period of time (July 27 – Aug 3) for that region (Gerakidi, Halkidiki). But “You get what you paid for”, read further to find out what I mean.

1. The place seems close to the beach (about 300m) but that is if you measure it by strait line on Google Maps. The reality is that there is no direct access to the closest beach (in front of Katerini hotel). You will need to walk around houses and other properties and as a result the real distance actually will be around 500 m. Which is not that bad, it is a just a 15 min walk (good exercise). If you are young person that won’t be any problem for you, just a walk in the park. Unfortunately, that was not suitable option for us. In our case that was a challenge since we are elderly people in our sixties and we prefer to carry our own beach staff (umbrellas, chairs and towels). Walking with all that staff 4 times a day is not a joke. We go to the beach for 2 hours in the morning and another 3 hours in the afternoon. Luckily, we had a car and we use it to go the beach. Not to the closest one (Katerini hotel) but to another one (Psacoudia Beach) which is about 3 - 4 km away. That one is much better option. There you can park your car just beside the beach (10 m away from you). In addition there plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby, walking distance. 2. No mosquito’s screens. I was a little surprised by that fact, it is quite unusual. The only meaningful explanation would be that there are not that many of them. But you only need one to ruin your night sleep, right? Of course you can close the door and windows and eliminate them and the noise but I would prefer to feel the light night breeze and listen to the splashing waves while falling asleep. 3. Noisy road. The busy road is just 50 m from the house and traffic is quite heavy. You will need to close all doors and windows to be able to enjoy a peaceful night or afternoon nap. 4. Pay attention !!! Because the traffic on the road is so heavy the road is divided by solid double lines. Advise: DO NOT CROSS them, it is very dangerous to do so. The speed limit is 70 km/h and everybody drives even

Great owner and nice apartment with nice view on the sea side, wifi worked well and owner was very helpful and welcoming, we received git upon our departure that was nice.

Conditii de baza, fara prea mult confort Plita veche si ruginita Fierbator ruginit Un singur dulap mic pentru un apartament cu 2 dormitoare A trebuit sa insistam pentru montarea unei perdele de dus Fara TV, desi apare in descriere Fara plase la geamuri, ceea ce a condus la patrunderea multor insecte in apartament (mai ales paianjeni si tantari) Mobilier vechi si uzat Scaune de plastic peste tot Saltele si perne dure si incomode
