Going back for sure

The host is wonderful, we received a special gift when we arrived and information about the place. This is a perfect place for kids with beautiful garden and the beach few steps from the house

There are some steps in the garden so of you travel with a toddler you should be aware to keep an eye on your child.

A pure 10! Couldn't have made a better choice!

The hospitality was amazing, and the apartment was super clean and well furnished. We had everything we needed, and the owners would put their best effort into making sure we didn't miss anything. The internet was surprisingly good! The hosts upgraded us to their best apartment as we were their first guest for the season and will give the best recommendations for the local places. There is tunnel access from the yard that goes straight to a nice beach, which is not too populated and good for swimming. We made barbeque with little effort, and the kitchen was well equipped. This is a pure 10 without say!

Very relaxing off-season vacation, also recommendable for "workation".

The owner Vasilis was waiting for my arrival in the evening. He contacted me every couple of days regarding the change of towels and cleaning of the appartment and gave me useful tips for the region. I very much enjoyed our converations on the veranda with a coffee in the hand and the afternoon sun on the horizon :)

We really enjoyed our stay here, 100% recommendation.

Very clean and comfy apartment with a terrace. Thanks to a great garden with a BBQ corner it’s perfect for families or a stay with friends. The beach is very close. You just walk through underpass under the main road, which is connected directly with the garden and you are on it. The owner is very friendly, helpful and will give you many tips if you want related to restaurants or trips to other Chalkidiki locations. We really enjoyed our holidays there and felt relaxed.

Maybe just a bit noisy main road because of speedy traffic. Speed limit could be lower for cars in this area. But it is quite easy to adapt on it and thanks to underpass it’s not needed cross the road going on the beach. :-)

Sea view. Intimate terrace even if there are 3 appartments. Warm welcome with cold water and homemade olive oil. The host speaks good English and is very friendly. Big garden, acces to the beach on foot, perfect for families.

I wish I hadn't paid in advance because I would definitely have walked away!

The beach is quite close, about 5 min walk, BUT it's on the other side of a main road with cars travelling at 90-120km/h The property has private parking. Unfortunately the trees are not providing shade almost at all, so the car will get HOT Air conditioning was available in ONE of the rooms, the other had to rely on keeping the door open

What they carefully masked from the pictures is the main ROAD! It's the main access road to Sithonia, like a highway. The road separating the property from the beach was really LOUD! Cars travelling at 90-120km/h (or even more) made huge noise, mostly during the day, though. In order to get to the tavernas you have to either drive or walk on the side of the road with NO SIDEWALK. It's not far, but there is really no other way to walk there except hoping not to be crushed by the cars. The hot water in the shower only partially worked. Sometimes the how water simply stopped, but if you like cold showers, no problem, cold water was still available The kitchen has ONLY cold water. Cleaning the dishes with cold water was not fun at all! The room was not (well) cleaned, there was dust on the tables and the shower appeared not to have a good cleaning at least form last year.

Both the apartment and the host are awesome. Very clean, close to a beach and good point to visit other beaches in neighbourhood. The host is very friendly and offered us help we needed. Good WiFi connection even in the garden where the grill is. I really recommend stay in Mr. Garlis’ apartments

Ya da kendi şemsiyeniz varsa ücret ödemeden kumsalda kendi şemsiyenizi açıp oturabilirsiniz. Deniz pırıl pırıl yaklaşık 50metre civarı sığ, bel ve göğüs hizasında, dibi yumuşacık ince kum. Su sıcaklığı soğuk suyu sevmeyenler için oldukça iyi. Sahibi Vasilis" (Βασίλης) Bey çok misafir perver ve cana yakın. Çok ilgili ve yardımsever. Şu nevresim takımları otel konseptine uygun olarak desenli ve koyu renkti. Havlular da koyu maviye yakın bir renkti. Odalarda nevresim takımları, havlular beyaz renk olarak yenilenirse temizliği ön plana çıkartması açısından daha iyi olur düşüncesindeyim.

Wspaniale spędzony czas. Szkoda że te 9 dni tak szybko minęły.

Pobyt bez śniadań. Kameralne miejsce wprost idealne dla wypoczynku. Gospodarz obiektu przywitał nas drobnym upominkiem. Był bardzo przyjazny, kontaktowy, chętny do rozmów. Udzielił nam wielu pomocnych wskazówek związanych z pobytem i wypoczynkiem. Pięknie, starannie utrzymany ogród z trawnikiem, wydzielone w pełni wyposażone miejsce dla chętnych do grillowania ( murowany grill z wyposażeniem, stoliki, krzesełka nawet duża podręczna lodówka ). Zacienione miejsce do zabawy dla nawet bardzo małych dzieci. Zacienione miejsce do parkowania samochodu. Wisienką na torcie jest podziemne bezpieczne, pod drogą, przejście bezpośrednio z obiektu na plażę. Polecam odwiedzić również plażę Karidi, klimatyczną wioskę Parthenonas w górach i starą osadę Afitos.
