    This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel. The only thing missing is coffee pot in the room. That would be perfect.

    Hotel de La Paz offers a prime location in Guanajuato, nestled between the Universidad de Guanajuato and Parque La Paz, where you can find the beautiful Colegiata de Nuestra Señora. Its proximity to major tourist attractions and numerous nearby restaurants makes it an excellent choice for travelers. The hotel's street is easily accessible, marked by an HSBC bank with a convenient bus stop across the street. From here, you can catch a bus to the Museo de las Momias and the central terminal, taking around 20 to 30 minutes. However, my stay had a significant drawback. We stayed in room 14, which was quite noisy due to machinery running all night. Despite my boyfriend's attempt to address the issue with the night staff, we were told that no one had complained before, and the staff member didn't investigate the noise. He suggested we buy earplugs, but none were available nearby. Instead, he provided us with some cotton, which was a less-than-ideal solution. While the hotel's location is fantastic, the noise issue and lack of adequate customer service during the night significantly impacted our stay.

    location is best, close to everywhere. Room clean and big enough, they have elevator so big luggage is not a problem. I was worried about the noise when I read the reviews but during my stay it’s very quiet and I had very good sleep. Breakfast included is nice. The staffs are all very nice and wiling to help, even speak English. I made a non-refundable booking but my flight has been cancelled, the hotel staff is super nice and very helpful, they allow me to check in the next day, I really appreciate that especially when the hotel is fully booked on that day. I end up booking another night.
