St. Lazarus Room

The view is spectacular, probably one of the best in town. The room was small but nice. The balcony is also small but is a great spot for an evening drink. The location is very convenient. It's all downhill to a beach, less than 5 minutes and the old city gates are 10 minutes. Lots to eat and drink nearby. Just be ready for the up hill walk back 😀

House rule to turn the AC completely off when you leave the flat. Makes for a warm uncomfortable room to return to, was 34°+ when we were there. If worried about the cost they should raise the rate 2€. Bathroom is "private" but is located outside the room in a hallway and does not have AC. Be prepared for a lot of stairs, the suite is located halfway up a large flight. Needs a coffee maker or at least more instant.

Sehr unkomplizierter Check in, sogar schon etwas früher möglich. Das Zimmer war wie beschrieben, separat in einer Privatwohnung gelegen mit separatem Bad. Alles sehr sauber. Der Balkon ist etwas renovierungsbedürftig, aber der Ausblick ist wunderschön.

Alles sehr regelmentiert, unterstützt von zusätzlichen kleinen Postings. "Tür immer abschließen", Klimaanlage abschalten".....etwas nervig. Aber darüber schaut man hinweg, weil das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

La ubicación. Cercano a la parte más importante para visitar de la ciudad y con fácil comunicación con otras áreas con los servicios públicos o a pie.

El acceso. Terrible. Antes de llegar a la locación (a mitad de una escalera) hay que utilizar unas escaleras sea para llegar a ella que a su interno para llegar a la habitación. 76 peldaños externos - ver foto - (hacia arriba o hacia abajo, no importa) y 56 internos, con cualquier medio de transporte (el único es a pie). La única vía para llegar a la locación es usando las escaleras. No es fácil para personas de 76 años y respectiva maleta de 20 kilos (y aún sin maleta) y otras menores subir y bajar por los mismos, además no muy regulares. Terrible si se olvida algo y hay que volver a la habitación estando ya abajo o arriba (¡da lo mismo!). El solo pensarlo hace olvidar regresar para tomarse un descanso. Mejor dicho, la acceso con su escalera influyó mucho en las expectativas del alojamiento (sin duda bueno si no la tuviera).
