Being on the third floor

The location is really great few minutes walk to public transport and across the road from parks. Located on the same street are some pubs restaurants and a convince shop which we where able to leave our luggage for a small cost after checkout till late in the afternoon (our flight back home was at 21:00).

The keeping of the place , it can do with a few litres of paint and serious DIY job.

Amazing location, so central in a really nice area. Great little restaurants just outside & a really pretty square with pubs & cafés. Short walk to Green Park tube, only about 10 minutes to Piccadilly Circus, really couldn't have hoped for better. Flats are a decent size too, perfectly OK for 4 people if you're planning to be out mostly. Kitchen facilities are basic but OK.

Stairwell is smelly & not at all welcoming, not a good start. The flats are OK but everything is pretty old & generally not ever so clean although bedding & towels were fine. Shower in one flat was a bit broken & fixed with some tape which wasn't really adequate. Overall the flats feel a bit neglected which is a real pity because they're a nice size & so well placed. At the price though, absolutely no complaints. A few smokey smells in the top floor flat from the restaurant on the ground floor when they're searing meat I guess, but only because we had all the windows open.
