The breakfast was excellent. There were several choices to appeal to different tastes. We very much enjoyed all of the staff. They were extremely helpful. We want to thank the administration, reception, spa staff, and restaurant workers. We cannot remember all of the names, but exceptional service was provided by Tetyana (reception), Katerina (reception), Olessya (Spa), Oksana (there were two Oksanas in the restaurant--both were excellent), Kolya (Restaurant), Sergii (Restaurant), Daria (Restaurant), and another whose name I cannot recall.
The rooms were large and very nice. The air conditioner worked very well. The linens were clean and the room was generally very clean.
We experienced two air raids (missile attacks) while we were there. The bomb shelter in the spa area in the basement felt safe.
We would have liked if the bathroom had been cleaned when the room was cleaned.

Very nice and polite personnel, they did their best to meet our special requests.
Too loud due to the cleaning works at SPA center. Was not possible to sleep at all. We had to ask to change the room early in the morning after the sleepless night
