Very expensive for what is was

Black mould in the bedroom above the windows, the curtains were so thin they didnt keep the light out, the kitchen utensils were so cheap they should have all been put in the bin, the shower screen did not close properly. the list could go on and on. Very disappointed, as it was expensive

Overall, I'd recommend this apartment if you're looking for a great ski location

Location was excellent, near bakery, restaurants, ski lifts. Apartment was basic enough, but had everything we needed. The microwave wasn't working, but we got a replacement - thanks for that!

The apartment was clean - no problem with kitchen, bathroom, or bedroom. However, it could do with a deep clean. The rug in the living area was quite dusty and dirty (we vacuumed it while we were there). Collecting the keys in Valtournenche was less than ideal. It hadn't been made clear that this was 15 mins away, and caused a lot of confusion with the taxi driver who we arranged a transfer with (in fact, he suggested he would drop us in Valtournenche and not bring us to Cervinia!). I would suggest a lock-box at the location of the accommodation. The electric hob was quite tricky to use. Instructions would have been useful. The QR code for visitor information only referred to the main accommodation in Valtournenche.

We have a brilliant time

Location was brilliant and apartment was lovely. Only little let down was there was cooker as advertised only the hob. Some English channels on the TV would have also been nice. We’re looking to come back in December 2025 26/27 December to 2/3 January would be great if we could be given a price to stay at the apartment. Many thanks Shelley

Great value for money

The apartment had everything required for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located less than 10 minutes from the main ski lifts and is just across the street from the main supermarket and downstairs you will find a great bakery and a local restaurant. The hostess Daiana was very helpful and the check-in process was very smooth. We stayed as 4 adults, and while the apartment was not very big, it was nonetheless great value for money.

Cervina ski accommodation

Good location, 5 minutes walk to restaurants, 2 mins to supermarket and bakery downstairs. 8 mins walk to chair left. Good for a couple or adult with two kids. Small and compact, basic furnishings on 4th floor but worked well for us. nice and cosy. free public car park 2 mins walk. hosts very good at communicating and nice hot shower

location was good. small but fine for family of 4 and clean with lots of storage.

The property is well located but needs a bit of TLC. We loved Cervinia but would not re-visit this apartment.

Top bunk mattress has seen better days and was lumpy and uncomfortable. Wifi impossible to connect too, nowhere comfortable to sit after a days skiing, no cushions for your back, and the fuse board makes a loud buzzing sound that goes on through the night. Lastly the shower goes cold after it’s been used a couple of times meaning you have to wait for quite a long time for it to heat up.

Good location - a few things can be improves

It’s a comfortable apartment close to the main gondola, strangely positioned up a hill. I appreciated that I could rent mid-week as most places only take Saturday to Saturday bookings (Saturday was fairly quiet on the mountain).

As mentioned in previous reviews, there’s a strange collection of cutlery and utensils in the kitchen. No scissors or corkscrew, varying numbers of cups and mugs. The kettle didn’t work, but there is a microwave (as well as a stovetop but no oven). There are lots of notes about keeping the kitchen clean but no rubbish bags or dishwashing tablets are provided. No instructions on where to take rubbish provided either. The apartment isn’t sound proof - either from the corridor or from the road below. Even though it’s in the fourth floor you hear everything - from people having conversations on the street to the 6am rubbish collection and street cleaning. I let the owners know, but didn’t hear anything back, that the satellite dish just outside the balcony door is precariously hanging on by just two of its four screws. In the high winds, it rocks back and forth keeping you awake at night. I hope it’s fixed as it looks close to falling on the road below.
