Le petit dej est à l’extérieur de l’établissement dans un bar , nous avons eu droit à une boisson chaude et une viennoiserie.

The decor was cute and the balcony was nice to have. It was close to everything in Old Town

Extremely hard lumpy bed and very rough sheets. The sheets actually hurt our skin. softer sheets and a new mattress would be nice. Half the glass in the shower is missing so the water goes all over the floor. every day we had to use our towels to dry the floor. So you had to try to just stay in the corner of the shower. That was very difficult. Any decent B & B would get that fixed. The young lady who checked us in was unfriendly and couldn’t wait to get out of there because her boyfriend was waiting for her on his motorcycle in the street. She didn’t take the time to explain how things worked so we had to figure it out on our own. A warm super friendly greeting is extremely important when you’re in the hospitality business. She definitely needs some training. Next, it would be nice if they told you that you had to climb 5 Five flights of stairs to get to the room. We had a senior with us and that was extremely difficult. Also, they have 1 tiny refrigerator in the entry for 3 rooms to share. With the covid situation, each room should have its own refrigerator. Also, if you have noisy neighbors you can clearly hear them. A map in the room to show you where to get your breakfast would be nice. She handed me a note with a name and address and we never could find the place. Apparently, the name was different then what she scribbled on a piece of paper. Although the price was very affordable, they need to work on their hospitality skills and do some improvements. If they fix these things then it would be ok to stay there. Otherwise, I’d say look for a better place.
