Perfect place

Our stay at Studio Thanasis was wonderful! We stayed for 5 nights with my family and were extremely satisfied. The host was incredibly kind and responsive to all our requests. Upon arrival, we asked for an iron, which he immediately provided and let us keep for the entire stay without any issues. He also provided everything else we asked for – an extra blanket, sheet, and pillow – and when we had trouble with the internet connection, he quickly solved it by providing us with a router. Communication was easy and fast through Viber, and we had no language barrier as he spoke enough Bulgarian for us to fully understand each other. The studio was fully equipped – with a hairdryer, a small kitchen, a terrace with a table and chairs, and everything needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was small but functional. The room had three beds (one double and two singles), which was very convenient for us. The property has a lovely yard with sun loungers, an extra table, a grassy area, and shade – a perfect spot to relax. The location is excellent – just one minute on foot to the beach, with private parking for guests. The view is stunning. Studio Thanasis has a total of four rooms and is slightly outside the main town, which we loved as it was peaceful and quiet, away from the crowds. We were delighted with our stay and would gladly return. A wonderful place with excellent hospitality!

The view from the terrace; very clean; close to most beautiful beaches in Thassos. Everything you need to spend a nice vacation. The kitchenette and the bathroom was a bit old but clean and functional.

Chose this location based on good reviews and location, but were very disappointed.

The location and views were great. However the location is up a steep hill and not pinned correctly on google maps. We had trouble finding it. Our balcony was nice and spacious and so was the yard and garden. However there was no shade over the gazebo and it was not usable during the day because of the blazing sun.

The kitchen was very outdated to say the least and very dirty, attaching pictures. Fridge door did not close and was not clean either. We stayed for 4 nights and no cleaning was provided, we just piled our garbage in our room as no outside bins were available. The property itself is in need of dire renovation and its current condition is not well represented by the pictures on booking. The beds were very uncomfortable and gave all 3 of us a bad backache.
