Lokacijski je veoma blizu jedne od najlepših plaži Tripiti na Tasosu. Domaćin je sjajan i predusretljiv. Terasa, okrenuta ka moru, je najlepši deo apartmana. Higijena se redovno održavala.
Kuhinja je stara sa rasparenim priborom. Pored lavaboa curi voda na čiste sudove u kuhinji. Klima nedovoljno hladi prostor, a ako se otvore vrata od terase od komaraca ne može da se spava, jer nema mreže na vratima. Ispod kreveta se nije brisalo.
