Great location for accessing the beach (2 min walk), restaurants (2 min), supermarkets (2 min), the promenade (5 min), boat rentals (5 min) and to go on day road trips. You can drive around the island in under 2 hours. There is a free private parking next to the building and several free public parking spots. A/C works great and the room we stayed in has a nice closed balcony where you can spend a few hours after dark. Your host will give you information and instructions about everything. Great communication and interaction. Thanks Iorgos! (hope I`m spelling it right :) ) ... and learn to rest from time to time :) Definitely booking again if in the area.

A bit of constructive criticism: Fix the beds. They squeak a bit and that can be a problem when you have family in the next room if you get my drift :D Clean the bathroom drains. In the morning there is a bit of a bad smell even with the window open. For such a hard worker I`m thinking that you didn`t have the time to do it as we had an early check-in, but I`d hate to see a bad review here if you`ve missed the cleanup.

Excellent location. It was so clean and there was a balcony for 5 people which is so useful. Air condition was working well. Close to the beaches and taverns. You can walk in 5mins anywhere. Amazing hospitality from owner and he was very helpful.
