About this house rental
A traditional house in a completely rural setting with plenty of character, located in the heart of the Navia River Valley and just half an hour from the beaches. Situated in the village of Doiras, the house is set in a particularly beautiful and peaceful environment with spectacular panoramic views of the valley. It’s especially ideal for nature lovers, hikers, and those who enjoy sports such as canoeing, canyoning, fishing, and cycling.
The route through the Celtic hill forts of Pendía, Coaña, etc., is well worth exploring (information available at the Boal tourist office)
The house sits on a lot of just over 400 m² nestled in the woods with no neighboring homes. It has three floors. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom. On the second floor, you’ll find a cozy living-dining room and the kitchen. On the top floor, there is a bedroom full of character with a double bed and a bathroom.
A 10-minute drive away is the picturesque village of Boal, with its weekly market, supermarket, bank, shops, and a restaurant offering unbeatable value for money. About half an hour away, along a small country road, lies the peaceful village of Navia with its estuary and beaches—a great base from which to easily explore the area’s tourist and culinary attractions.

La casa es preciosa y el entorno inigualable.
Para nosotros sólo tiene un "pero", y es que entendemos que a la casa le falta mantenimiento y un poco más de mimo. La decoración es preciosa y se nota que sus dueños tienen un gusto exquisito, pero tiene pinta de que hace mucho tiempo que no pasan por allí, porque las maderas tienen carcoma, las puertas no cierran ni abren bien, faltan varios focos y el jardín está demasiado descuidado.
En todo caso nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y Asturias es siempre buena opción.

Hola, estuvimos una semana en agosto y hemos desconectado totalmente, la casa tiene un encanto especial y es tal como se describe .-

La Ventana Azul está ubicado en lugar privilegiado. Las vistas desde la casa son bellísimas.
En cuanto a la propia casa, sería necesario restaurarla. El suelo de madera, las vigas, las puertas y las ventanas deberían ser tratadas y pintadas. El suelo está carcomido y las puertas y ventanas dejan pasar el aire.
El trato con el propietario se ha efectuado a través de sms.
A nuestra llegada, nadie nos esperaba. Al cabo de media hora y después de varias llamadas, vino una señora a abrirnos la vivienda.
Alberto se disculpó por esta incidencia.
A pesar de todo, nuestra estancia fue muy agradable.
