Aranwa Sarapiquí Rainforest Lodge

El entorno en el que está el alojamiento es precioso, una reserva llena de animales. La habitación amplia, cómoda y limpia. La piscina preciosa. El personal muy amable y el desayuno muy bueno.

Nos encantó el entorno natural que rodea el alojamiento. Fue nuestra primera estancia en Costa Rica y nos pareció un comienzo espectacular. Las rutas dentro del recinto hasta el río, la cantidad de animales que se pueden ver y la naturaleza hacen que la experiencia sea muy especial. La piscina también es estupenda y el desayuno está muy bien. Además, nos ayudaron a organizar diferentes actividades con empresas locales y conseguimos muy buenos precios. Creemos que es un lugar especialmente recomendable para familias con niños

Las habitaciones son bastante básicas, aunque tienen todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. Debido a la enorme humedad de la zona, se nota algo de olor a humedad en las habitaciones, pero es un detalle menor teniendo en cuenta el entorno

La piscina es increíble, pequeña pero con mucho encanto

La ducha e instalaciones se ven antiguas necesita algún renovación, falta tele en la habitación.

The lodge is set in beautiful surroundings, right next to a national park. It has a nice small pool to cool down in, and the common areas are attractive and well maintained.

Due to a misunderstanding, we checked out one day early. Unfortunately, nobody asked why we were leaving early or mentioned that our booking was for another night. When we later asked for a refund, they acknowledged that things had gone wrong, but a refund wasn't possible. In the end, we agreed on a complimentary dinner as compensation, but the way the whole situation was handled left us with a disappointing feeling.
