    When I reached there, no staff was onsite. I called to the number which is on announcement as I would like to get into my room, no one pick up, other guests helped me to call them then I can get into my room (actually I booked this room like 2-3 weeks earlier). If no one will be onsite, you should contact every guests via sms or e-mail/booking application (for international booking). It was not a nice experience when you faced this issue at the beginning of the trip.
