Patmos Villas

Die Gastgeber waren sehr Gastfreundlich und haben uns bei der Ankunft mit griechischem Kaffee, Wasser und Kuchen begrüßt. Die Anlage und die Ferienwohnung sind sehr gepflegt und ruhig. Unsere Wohnung war Klimaanlage und Fliegengittern ausgestattet, was sehr angenehm war. Wir hatten eine schöne geschützte Terrasse und konnten immer im Freien Frühstücken. Durch die Nähe zu den verschiedenen Stränden, konnten wir täglich vor unserem Frühstück schwimmen.

What a cosy place to stay! I fell in love with Patmos Villas! Shiny clean, beautiful colours, the shampoo and the hand soap had a divine smell! The best value for money, I didn't want to leave. I will definitely be back. Few minutes walk from the small harbour and beach, beautiful view, the best veranda. The host is very caring and helpful. Thank you!!!

It was perfect for our needs.

We looked at a number of apartments in Patmos, and most were either priced in excess of our budget or were too small for an eleven day stay. Patmos Villas was just perfect. Thomas and his parents are wonderful hosts. Thomas arranged a taxi for us on the night we arrived, and he and Mr. and Mrs. Ypsilantis were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was simple and kept spotlessly clean. We cooked almost every evening and found the facilities perfectly adequate for our needs. There was a private balcony for our use, and there's also a beautiful garden guests can use. Grikos is a small, serene village with a few sea-front tavernas, one organised beach and a couple of unorganised beaches. Patmos Villas is a five minute walk away. There is no grocery-store in Grikos, but the bus to Scala, about 3 kilometres away, leaves every two hours, cost two euros, and the bus stop is almost outside of Patmos Villas. There is also a car and scooter hire establishment close to the bus-stop. We would love to visit Patmos Villas again.
