La struttura è di recente costruzione e arredata con gusto. Mancava qualcosa ma il proprietario ha procurato prontamente ciò che mancava. L’appartamento che ci è stato assegnato è confortevole. Il proprietario è veramente attento: si è anche offerto di portarci le valigie nell’appartamento, in effetti c’è una lunga scalinata!
Lo spazio esterno del nostro appartamento è piccolo, solo un balcone. È un peccato perché la vista è meravigliosa. Mancano totalmente gli scuri o tende oscuranti alle finestre

Excellent location, amazing views and well organized apartment. Nektarios was beyond kind waiting for us late into the night as our boat was delayed, leaving starter breakfast supplies, including cleaning service and all in all being always available and flexible. Would definitely recommend staying at this place. It's ideal for a couple but works well also for a family of 3 like ours.

Bell'appartamento, molto ben arredato e organizzato con una vista spettacolare sulla baia di Grikos. Proprietario molto gentile e presente: ci è venuto a prendere al traghetto e mostrato la bella casa. Patmos è splendida e l'appartamento è un punto di partenza ideale per visitarla.
Un unico appunto: la casa è luminosissima (pregio) ma mancano le tende oscuranti: la luce del sole arriva la mattina molto presto e continuare a dormire è difficile.
