Travelled from Northern Ireland to attend a wedding weekend at the nearby Paradis Des Vignes wedding venue. As we were travelling by train from Bordeaux, the owner, Luca met us at the local train station and left us back to the station when we were leaving. Such a peaceful location and beautiful historic property with a real 'old charm' feeling. Our double room was large and bright and traditionally furnished. Breakfast was simple but adequate as we were being entertained at the wedding venue each afternoon. The short walk from the property to the wedding venue along a beautiful little lane was so enjoyable, with horses, donkeys and cows in the adjacent fields. The owner, Luca, was very helpful and we enjoyed our stay very much. Would highly recommend.

Would have liked a facility to make a cup of tea in the bedroom.

Very very old and charming. Don’t expect 5 star luxury but 300 old year property with lots of original features. The owner is a lovely person. Dogs loved the grounds. Even bought a bottle of cognac made with own grapes, lovely.

Nothing really. As long as you expect you are staying in a very very old Chateaux.

It is a lovely property with loads of old charm and a “back in time” feeling to it. The owner is amazing and very helpful. The location was great for what I needed. Breakfast was simple but had everything.
