Everything! From the parking to the decoration, staff, breakfast but mostly the hospitality was excellent! Hotel Zepter Palace in Banja Luka will be my preferred place to stay every time I visit Republic of Serbs.

I really liked the location in the centre of the city. The room was clean. The staff was friendly.
I had to wait a long time before the reception noticed that I was waiting with my car in front of the ramp to the parking space. I left the parking space twice during my stay and every time it was the same. Nobody is watching the camera showing the ramp. The shower cabin door was not closing properly and I had water all over the bathroom floor every morning. At the end, I reported it to the reception. I would also expect some vegetarian choice for breakfast, at least soya milk, almond milk or rice milk for cereals. Or vegetarian yogurt.
