Nice and relaxing outside area by the pool. Lovely helpful staff great central location.

Room was a bit tight for 3 people but wouldn’t complain about it

The garden is a peaceful oasis: nice trees create a much needed shadow, small but lovely pool, adorable kittens and talking parrot. The buildings are nice and well maintained. Triple Room was smaller than what i expected but big enough for our short stay, bathroom is good with a big shower box. Location is superb, right in the centre, not as noisy as someone wtote before. Very quick laundry service. The handyman (i dont remember his name) is very polite and always ready to help

The staff is short in numbers; most of them speak very basic english and, sometimes, that leads to unpleasent miscommunications. I asked the manager to help me booking an hammam, because the hammam staff spoke only turkish: she told me that she would not help me, since the hotel has its own hammam (they did not tell me about it before) and she had no interest in giving clients to other businesses..... same happened when i asked some advice for restaurants: "we have our restaurant...." Breakfast lacks of variety. Same fruits (only oranges and watermelon) everyday, no cakes, no yogurt (in turkey....), no juices. They dont regularly clean the rooms, unless you ask them to (which is good, if only they could explain this to you at the check in).

Didn’t make room up or empty bin in 4 nights ! Bed comfy but wasn’t changed , room was basic and small but nice enough. Pool has the same music on a loop blaring through constant all day long no entertainment or atmosphere in evening bar you have to get the receptionist to serve you at and that wasn’t a no problem at all kind of thing. Breakfast was very hit and miss and coffee is terrible !!!
