Tiszta, tágas tetőtéri szoba, saját fürdővel és hűtővel, zuhany jó volt, fűtés az elég intenzív, szóval télen sem fázik az ember, lehet jól szellőztetni, közel van a belváros, amit két úton lehet megközelíteni, egyetem felé, sorjában vannak a különleges épületek, Volán is közel, túrázóknak kiemelten ideális.
