One minute walk from Bus Terminal 2, across the highway, the property is surprisingly private and quiet.
I arrived on a late bus but had a very warm welcome from both security guard and later the owner.
My room was comfortable, with large bed, air-con and hot water, and all rooms look out over a lily pond dam.
There is hot water, coffee etc near reception and some nice common areas.
Also plenty of covered parking area.

If i could take this place everywhere with me through Thailand i would.
The hosts were amazing and kind. The rooms were always kept clean, the internet was fast. TIP - if the internet is slow, try another internet in the building, you will find it under your wifi settings, i did this and the one further away was so much faster.
