Fabulous apartment close to the Old Town but just far enough to be quiet and relaxing. Great view of the fortress

Lovely stay in Hvar with nice hosts

Swimming pool & host gave us a ride to the harbour to catch ferry.

We thought our balcony would be sea facing not looking at the property next door. Be careful exactly which room you book.

It can be tiring if you and walking to and from the old town frequently because it’s a little bit of a walk and up hill too

Excellent apartment if young, fit or have own transport.

The hosts were lovely and helpful. The apartment was very clean with all the necessary equipment. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. There was a lovely pool and social area in the garden. Laundry facilities were also available upon request which was very helpful.

Although the property was exceptional, the daily walk up and down the hill upon which it was situated, was exhausting. Although only 900 metres from the harbour, it was 56 metres high, very steep in parts. It cost €20 in a taxi, which add to your daily costs, however with luggage a taxi is essential on arrival. It is easier going down if you can find a route with no steps.

Very clean and modern property with good facilities.

Location is up a steep hill on the outside of the town which can be difficult to get to with luggage. However this can be dealt with using taxis.

Great apartment with the pool as a highlight

A great apartment well equipped with kitchen utilities, small hairdryers. A lovely wrap around balcony to sit out on. Host was lovely and helpful. The pool and deck chairs were great and we were the only ones using it during our stay.

Our hosts were really lovely, it was a very warm welcome and they were very friendly and always on hand. We were offered a welcome drink which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The room was very exceptionally clean with good facilities and a lovely balcony. The pool area was beautiful and peaceful to relax and cool off.

Husband and wife team, very friendly and professional let us check in early and use the pool til late. Stunning sunset view and apartments and pool area. Little touches that make it special - complimentary water, coffee, fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, aircon on when we arrived. Wished we could have stayed longer. Top floor apartment with sea view recommended.

The apartment was very clean and fresh and a lot nicer than the photos. We had 2 rooms with en-suite and a kitchen in the middle. Rooms were airy and private. There was a long balcony which went the length of the building and right round to the left of building. Also a small plunge pool which was very quiet and relaxing,

We went in June and it was 35 to 40*. If we go again and book same apartment, we would go when not so hot as it was uphill but only 15/20 mins walk. I knew the location when I booked but did not consider how hot it can be. We got a lot of taxis's coming home.

Amazing

The hosts were so friendly, welcoming and go above and beyond. The apartment was spacious with a nice balcony and extremely clean. Working air conditioning was great. I would recommend this apartment easily.

The hill is steep but is only 10 minutes or so and makes for an amazing view at sunset.

Loved it!

Even though the hosts dont speak a lot of English, they were so sweet and welcoming. We were celebrating a birthday and on request they arranged a beautiful cake and bubbles at the pool, which was an amazing experience. Great value for your money.

The walk up to the apartment is not for the week and pretty tough in 34 degrees. But still worth it!

We stayed for a week and it was a great place to stay.

Close to Hvar town. Loved having the swimming pool. When we stayed, we must have been the only one there as no one else was ever at the pool. Amazing view to wake up to and sunset. Mary was lively and met us there. Very responsive to texts as well.

Super stay - thank you to the wonderful hosts!

The apartment was clean, comfortable and spacious. The apartment has a wonderful addition of a pool which we made good use of during our stay. The hosts were wonderful and kind and ensured that our stay was extra special.

The property is located up a hill. For the future, we would highly recommend getting a taxi from the ferry port or avoiding the stairs by going through the town if you have large cases.

Balcony with a fort view. Swimming pool looks very nice and clean but it wasn't enough warm to swim there. There are buildings around and in autum it could be difficult to catch the sun.

We had a great stay in Hvar, the owners were both lovely and helped up understand the local area.

The location was fantastic, only a short walk from the main Hvar town. The owners picked us up from the port and dropped us off when we left, which was a lovely touch. The pool area is really nice and it was great to have an area to relax away from the busy town area.

The kitchen was very basic so could be improved, however this isn't a major point as we knew this when we booked, and planned to eat out.

Exceptional

.Very clean, smell of fresh laundry at arrival, comfortable beds, great swimming pool with comfortable sun beds and nice view on the Old city, great location close to the main road at top of the hill (perfect for us as bike packers) and strong wifi (good enough to do an online job interview). Also a small kitchen in the studio, not mentioned at Booking. And not to forget the tasty rose of the house!

Fabulous Stay

Property is well located not far from Hvar town with Parking should you need. Our hosts Mary and Karol were so nice and very helpful, on arrival which was quite late we were given a lift to their son’s Restaurant and had a beautiful meal. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts and even invited us to a beautiful meal with them on our last night, great food, wine and Karlo’s excellent homemade local liqueur, gorgeous. We as a family cannot recommend highly enough these apartments to stay, very homely.

A lovely little place with beautiful views across Hvar

The apartment was large, clean and had all the basics we needed during our trip, including a chilled bottle of water in the fridge (much appreciated after the climb up a lot of steps and a steep hill to get there!) We also had an enormous balcony with incredible views towards the sea and the mountains. The pool and sunbed area was perfect for cooling off after the heat of the day, and the hosts were very friendly, offering us wine on arrival and even dropping us into town to get our ferry back!

It's worth mentioning that the walls of the apartment are quite thin, so it's possible to hear the comings and goings of your neighbours at all hours!

Perfect apartment for Hvar

The apartment was really big, very spacious! The kitchen was perfect, well equipped and the location was perfect for us. About a 10-15 min walk to Hvar Town Centre and Karlo & Mary we’re very friendly! Our room was already ready for checkin around 10:00. That’s what I call service!

Lovely apartment, had everything we needed and the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing - especially at sunset! The pool is great to have and the pool area is good for sunbathing and having a drink in the evening. The hosts were really friendly and helpful.

The apartment is up a big hill so it’s quite tricky to get to with suitcases! But once you’re there, its a lovely walk into town :)
