Villa Sandra Hvar

The host Sandra is friendly and helpful on where to go and eat in Hvar. The 2 bedroom apartment is perfect for a family of 4. The location is close to the city center and close to all restaurants, shops and ferry point. You can walk tot he beach in 15 mins. The place is clean and she offered beach towels.

It would have been nice to have coffee or tea to use. The kitchen is small - not ideal if you plan to make food. his was fine as we planned to eat out anyway.

The apartment was quiet and clean. Close enough to the center that walking was not a problem

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to Ms. Sanda Perkovic for the incredible kindness and support she gave me during one of the most stressful moments of my trip. My luggage did not make it to Dubrovnik after my flight from Amsterdam, where I had a short layover in Belgrade. When I arrived in Dubrovnik, I discovered that neither of my suitcases had arrived. I immediately reported the incident to the airport’s Lost and Found counter, and I was assured that my luggage would arrive the following day. I reached out to Sanda for help, and without hesitation, she contacted the airport authorities and continuously followed up on my behalf. Unfortunately, my luggage did not arrive as promised, which left me worried and increasingly stressed. By the time my luggage finally arrived in Dubrovnik, I had already traveled to Hvar. Because of the overwhelming number of tourists, there were no available ferry slots to send my luggage to me. Instead of giving up, Sanda personally collected my luggage from the airport and transported it herself. She continued coordinating everything until she was finally able to send my luggage to Split, where I successfully received it. The moment I saw my suitcases again, I felt an overwhelming sense of relief and joy. But more than getting my belongings back, I was deeply touched by Sanda’s generosity and willingness to go far beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. In a world where people are often too busy to help strangers, she chose to go the extra mile for me. Sanda, thank you from the bottom of my heart. Your kindness, compassion, and selfless assistance turned a stressful experience into one I will always remember with gratitude. A million thanks to you—you truly made a difference in my journey.

It’s an excellent place to stay, nothing to dislike!

Our unit had a nice big bathroom.

It would have been nice if we were advised beforehand not to take the steep steps from the harour. There is a much easier way to reach the guesthouse. Kitchen small and very basic. Creditcards not accepted because of dogs where pin had to be entered.
