Quiet zone. Great view from the balcony, were you can take the breakfast (by yourself). 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. Excelent shower. A good kitchenette. Good wi-fi. Great host. Excelent price.

They dont speak english, nor answer the phone. The mosquitos at night.

Great location, we walked down to the beach practically straight from the room. In addition, we could use the large terrace overlooking the sea. Very nice and helpful hosts. We had a wonderful vacation there just before the season starts. I highly recommend this place.

Best one night stay ever

The structure is located right in front of a small beach and from the terrace you get a breathtaking view. Home is comfortable and very clean, you have everything you need for an amazing stay. Unfortunately we were there just for one night, but for sure we will be back! The Boss is so friendly and welcoming, we had the chance to spend some time with him drinking local brandy and we totally enjoyed, he’s definitely the best!

We had little trouble finding the place because of language and no road signals. it’s a bit out of sight, but once you get there it’s totally worth it!

Best sandy beach!

Place was clan and tidy with kitchen equipped in everything you need during short stay. Apartment is generally on the beach what was really comfortable. Lady was super nice and we even get something against mosquitoes

Best 3 day stay at Jaz Beach, Budva

The location is the best if you are looking for a sandy beach. The apartment offers everything you need for a 3 day trip. The upgrade the host offered us upon arrival was a must.

We had to go outside the terrace for Wi-Fi connection.

Calm place with the nice atmosphere :)

Apartment is on the very beach, comfortable bed & clean room. If you want to relax - this place is for you as it is calm and not overcrowded. The food & drinks are delicious in the restaurant. In general, we do recommend to stay in Boss Apartment, especially for the nice, home atmosphere and very friendly and helpful host !

Netter Empfang, Lage direkt am Meer, beschaulicher und ruhiger als in Budva selbst, Apartment okay, nette Terrasse, Parkplatz vorhanden

Küchenausstattung ausbaufähig, lautes Gebrüll und Möbelrücken in der Nacht; In der Nachsaison herrscht natürlich tote Hose an diesem Strandabschnitt, mich hat's aber nicht weiter gestört.

Gute Lage direkt am Strand, nach hinten ruhig, Personal hat zum Saisonende flexibel auf Wünsche reagiert

Ausstattung Küche etwas dünn, Defekte im Bad (lose Ablagen und wackelndes WC), Steckdosen an der Spüle im Spritzwasserbereich (gefährlich) Regen durchnässt Sofa am Sitzplatz

Konum harika bir plajda bu yüzden çok sevdik. Kahvaltı seçenekleri de güzeldi sadece tüm et türevleri domuz etiydi biraz daha çeşitlilik olsa iyi olabilirdi. Wifi iyi ve stabil çalışıyordu. Çalışanlar güler yüzlüydü. Ücretsiz otopark imkani vardı. Mutfağının olması güzeldi.

Banyoya bir kaç ekleme gerekir. Banyoda duş alanı iyilestirilmeli. Soğuk zamanlarda battaniye ve pike verilmeli. Yatak ve yastık biraz daha rahat olabilir.

Umiestenie bolo super a blízko pri pláži.

Mali sme zaplatené výhľad na more a bol to len výhľad na strechu a za ňou more. Raňajky.. tie sme mali zaplatené a aj tak sme platili za pomarančovú šťavu. Hoci nám nikto nepovedal, že ju nemáme v cene a vlastne asi žiadnu tekutinu na pitie. Takže sme zaplatili za raňajky na Booking a potom 16€ za pomarančovú šťavu k raňajkám..

Nooit meer!!!

Het uitzicht op zee en de bergen, daarmee is alles gezegd.

Het was verouderd, we hadden geen stromend water!!!! Enkel een paar druppels. Dus hebben we potten water opgewarmd om ons toch te kunnen verfrissen. De buurt heeft zijn beste tijd gehad en alles ligt er verlaten bij. Wij reizen veel en trekken ook iedere dag naar ergens anders in het land waar wij verblijven. We hebben absoluut geen luxe nodig, enkel een goed bed, hygiëne en een douche maar dit hebben we nog nooit meegemaakt.

Séjour très agréable et apaisant, dans un superbe cadre et avec des propriétaires très gentils

Logement très agréable. On entend le bruit des vagues et les grenouilles. L'emplacement en bord de mer est idéal, l'appartement est très bien équipé, l'environnement très apaisant, et les propriétaires sont vraiment top ! Très réactif dans les communications, ils sont également avenants et disponibles. Ce fut une très bonne expérience et nous recommandons ce logement les yeux fermés.

C'était FORMIDABLE !!! Logement directement sur la plage, propreté impeccable et mention spéciale à Maya, chargée de l'accueil et de l'entretien de la maison. Elle est juste incroyable, toujours pleine d'attentions, souriante et adorable. Je recommande chaleureusement les appartements BOSS et leur terrasse commune avec une vue extra sur la plage
