Good location, comfortable enough, needs more attention to detail.

Good location, away from the very busy centre full of tourists. Spacious enough apartment, convenient terrace with a good view, Lady Katarina was lovely and welcoming.

There were ants in the kitchen. Despite not leaving any food anywhere, when turning on the light in the kitchen, ants would scatter away on the counter. The hot water was inconsistent, even for a very quick shower, the temperature would vary from luke warm to hot and back every 3-4 seconds. The WiFi was very poor and unusable. It lacked signal and disappeared 90% of the time. The street is very noisy in the evening and surprisingly even at night with loud vehicle and boat traffic. Instead of the noisy terraces, you get noisy vehicles, scooters and revving BMWs using their horns at 1 am to salute other locals.

Shower water temperature was scalding hot. Also, stairwell stairs are smaller in width than regular stairs. This little issue requires that a person THINK while walking the stairs.

Highly recommend

The location, the price, the hospitality and the size of the apartments were perfect! And free parking was a bonus. I booked 2 rooms, one for my partner and I and one for my parents, we were adjacent to each other and we all loved it.

There were a lot of stairs so if you are immobile it is not the place for you. There is an old lingering smoke smell in one of the rooms, which wasn’t a problem, but slightly off-putting.

Perfect location and view.

Location was perfect. A short walk into the center, no hills to climb and had a great view of the marina from our balcony.

Would prefer to pay with a credit card instead of cash. Bed was two twin beds pushed together and they weren't in the best shape.

The AC is not inside the bedroom. As bathroom is separate the AC location is between bathroom entrance and bedroom. It's bit wierd.

Nice room but not totally soundproofed

Good location, friendly hosts and the seaview from the balconny (not directly exposed to the sun) was stunnning.

Our room was not totally soundproofed as stated on Booking.com, only the wall between the kitchen and the bedroom was sound-insulated but not the walls between other rooms. Thus, you could hear your neighbors.

Good location and friendly staff

The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable beds. We switched rooms because of the need for separate beds and the hostess made it possible without any problem. Very nice people.

Superb

Nice studio for a short stay, great location just in front of the sea and a small harbor. Everything is nearby, small beach, store, caffe bar, 10 min walk along the sea to the city center. It was really peaceful even though placed on a rather busy street. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Area is a bit crowded with cars, so parking should be announced in advance. However it was arranged with hosts so it was not a problem after all.

Bel emplacement

Super emplacement à environ 12/15mn à pied du centre ville. Un supermarché à 4mn à pied. Katarina était très gentille et possibilité de faire une machine à laver gratuitement. L'appartement était très propre et le lit très grand.

Un peu spartiate. Pas bcp d'équipement, ni de vaisselle. Mais pour Hvar c'est un rapport qualité/prix qui bat toute la concurrence..

Lokacija je savršena, mirna, prvi red do mora. Soba i balkon su prostrani i opremljeni svime potrebnim, krevet udoban, sve je bilo savršeno čisto - svaka čast! 🙌 Domaćini su srdačni, pristupačni i uvijek na usluzi. Svakako, jako ugodan boravak koji je nadmašio očekivanja. Vidimo se opet! 🙂
