Captain Yiannis

The location is fabulous- my room had a spectacular view, it was an easy walk to the town center, along the port. I loved watching both the sunrise and sunset colors over the beautiful bay and the village of Vathi. It was quiet, peaceful, inspiring. My room had a huge terrace centered over the spectacular views, spacious and comfortable. I had everything I needed for a week’s stay between leisure, exploring the stunning island, and catching up on work. I loved the setting among fruit and olive trees, and Dimitris the host gave me the best recommendation for my beach-of-the-day, depending on breeze direction.

Clean and relaxing. Very nice views of the island.

It’s was a very spacious room, lovely view and pool. Good sunloungers. Nice bedding and comfy bed. A very nice greeting when we arrived and departed. It’s a walk into town around the harbour but there are bars you can stop at. Taxi is €5

The breakfast was a big disappointment. Very poor choice of food. Although there was a kitchen and a hob, there were no pans, nothing to be able to use the kitchen. The windows didn’t have fly screens and it would have been great to be able to open the windows at night, but the air con was good
