Apartments in Rustic House

The owner came to the bus stop to pick me up. Mr Goran and his mother are lovely people. The property is a little bit high up in the mountain which is brilliant because I like the mountains. Spectacular views both in front of the property and at the back facing the sea view. Its only a few minutes walk down to the sea with nice restaurants and bus services to Kotor the next beautiful city. Property had air-condition.

Windows require a few blinds or curtains.

Amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had the most breathtaking views over the bay. The location was peaceful and quiet, with a walk up the hill that was great for getting some exercise. Everything was conveniently close by, including supermarkets, breakfast cafés, and beautiful restaurants. On Sunday, there was a wonderful local market with plenty of fresh vegetables and other local produce. The bus stop at the bottom of the hill made it easy to visit Perast and Kotor, making this the perfect location for exploring the area. Goran and his mum were incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. Communication was excellent throughout our stay, and they were always happy to help with anything we needed. Very kind hearted people. The property itself is beautiful, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning as guests again!

Piękne miejsce, spedziliśmy tam bardzo miło czas. Widok z tarasu piękny, do centrum spacerkiem 10min ale powrót pod górę.

Żeby być uczciwym, klima działała średnio, miejsce jest dość stare ale nam to w ogóle nie przeszkadzało.

It was a nice (on the photos) vintage studio apartment with a big balcony and an awesome view. The balcony actually was the best part of it. Location is good and beautiful, very close to the embankment, supermarket, bus stop etc. Good cardio workout every day to go up and down ;)

Sad to say that but the house needs to be refreshed and cleaning as far as it's possible. Honestly I was frustrated because was excited to get there but it had very slow speed of internet so I couldn't even speak though messengers and watch anything online without breaks and glitches all the time so I had to use my phone internet. There was unstrung sockets, the stove was differ from one that was put on the picture and one burner didn't work at all. The studio was dirty (dust, webs with 3 kinds of spiders, crumbs) especially in the toilet, it looked like the previous guest had vomit in it and didn't wash it out, uff. Fridge was dirty and had a smell, microwave was smelling too so I didn't even use it. Shower curtain had a fungus at the bottom, extractor fan in the kitchen was out of functioning. There was a baking sheet but no oven. I really wish the owner could be more in touch (sometimes it took a week to get a reply) and try to put the house in good condition. I understand that it is a private house so spiders and ants are usual thing but it still can be dealt with them and do something to avoid them. And I'd also ask other guests to respect owner's property and handle it with care and don't spoil stuff. It all cost money, need time to fix and repair it, etc. Be more responsible and leave a good opinion after yourself Other than that it is a really nice and beautiful place, light and vintage but needs some refreshing. I'd get back if its in good conditions
