Disappointing

Location and breakfast

Our bedroom was at the first floor and we could listen to everything outside. The mattress is old and pillows are too tall.

It was a well-located place with very friendly staff and clean simple rooms

The location was perfect overlooking the lake. There were four restaurants in walking distance. There was a cafe/bar within 5 minutes. We walked up to the main road to catch the bus to Lucca. The walk took 20 minutes. We bought bus tickets at the Tabac. The train station was a further five minutes. Trains to Pisa Centrale only 15 mins. From PC you can get the people mover to the airport. We also had a day trip to Florence.

It is difficult to think really as we enjoyed everything. I don't know whether there was parking available but that didn't impact on us.

Friendly staff nice location. We were collected from the train station and dropped back there by the owner and he waited with us to try to buy our tickets. Great touch

beautiful hotel, with lovely rooms- more practical if you’ve hired a car

really lovely and clean, right in front of a beautiful lake. you are pretty remote so be prepared to either walk or get public transport

we asked the hotel staff a few times if they’d help us book a taxi as we do not speak Italian and they refused a few times which was a bit disappointing and unhelpful

Exceptional

Rosanella was so attentive making sure we had everything we needed, including making all the arrangements for our arrival. The garden room we were in had a lovely view over the lake.

Lovely family Inn with private spaces. The location is fascinating that Lago di Massaciuccoli is facing u when u just walked out!! The landlord is friendly and love the homemade breakfast 😋.

A unpleasant experience

The noices un the night , no curtains to drown having a shower was like impossible. Hair on the bedroom floor and , you could see the place wasn’t cleaned after previous occupation. No parking

Mi ha fatto conoscere un nuovo luogo, ambientazione singolare, per una notte ci si adatta.

Staff accogliente, sala colazione contenuta ma completa, ottima e abbondante. Prezzo molto buono. Purtroppo il tempo non poteva far apprezzare gli esterni, che d'estate devono essere molto belli.

Alla stanza si arriva da un percorso non illuminato, al buio completo. La porta al piano terra chiude ma non dà molta sicurezza. Il bagno è piccolissimo, facevo fatica a stare seduto sul water, diversi segni di ruggine. Niente parcheggio, bisogna usare un parcheggio a pagamento fuori dall'area pedonale, quindi se si ha molti bagagli è un po' scomodo.

Sehr freundliches Servicepersonal. Problemfreier Check-In. Wir wurden mit frisch zubereitetem Rührei und viel Auswahl beim Frühstück verwöhnt. Durften sogar den Garten nutzen und bekamen dort den Kaffee serviert. Gute Lage direkt am See. Sehr sauberes Schlaf-und Badezimmer. Im Sommer angenehm kühl.

Parkplatz in der Nähe - Gebühr pro Tag/Nacht 2,-€. Achtung: Bei einer Veranstaltung am See Gebührenerhöhung auf 5,-€ und leider nachts nicht bewacht. Keine große Auswahl an Restaurants in der Nähe/im Ort.

Bella la posizione e staff davvero molto gentile.

Potrebbe migliorare il giardino per utilizzarlo anche alla sera per chi fuma o per rilassarsi un’attimo all’aria aperta. La griglia arrugginita della doccia, il phon non funzionante correttamente e in bagno non era presente la presa corretta per utilizzarlo

Buona posizione e stanza pulita

Il b&b si trova proprio sul lago. La stanza era pulita e ben accessoriata, la colazione abbondante. Il personale al check in è stato molto accogliente e disponibile.

La comunicazione antecedente il soggiorno è migliorabile, soprattutto per quanto riguarda la richiesta del permesso per entrare nella ztl.
