Top Lage, wenn man die Fenster zumachen kann. Altstadt fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Gute Anbindung an das Tram – Netz. Sehr schöne Altbauwohnung. Dauerparkplatz Parkhaus West am Bahnhof ebenfalls gut zu erreichen.
Die im Erdgeschoss ansässige Gastronomie verbreitet Küchendüfte, ist ein Problem beim Lüften. Für heiße Tage ein Problem, durch die hohen Fenster heizt sich die Wohnung stark auf, lüften ist nachts aufgrund des Verkehrslärms problematisch.

Sehr zentral
Wasser bei der Toilette ging nicht. Bis das geregelt war (musste in Ein neues Apartment) verging eine Zeit zumal mir dann eine falsche Apartmentnummer angegeben wurde. Nur durch ausprobieren und weil ich schon öfters da war, war es mir möglich das passende Apartment zu finden
