The staff were great, Mustapha at reception, staff at restaurant were awesome especially the manager whose wife just gave birth, a true darling. Staff by the door helped with taxis and luggage. And the youn wonderful chef with the eggs knows how my eggs cook.
Nothing much just that the guy across my room was smoking throughout. Had to hold my breath anytime I go out

I am always booking in Al Ghurair. I like to be in there fore its location, cleanliness, quietness and overall it is within the Ghurair mall. so you can do shopping or having coffee anytime.
