We had a pleasant stay overall. The room was comfortable, clean, and the location was very convenient with direct access to the mall. Special thanks to Raisa at the reception —she was exceptionally warm, welcoming, and professional. Even from a distance, she greeted us with a genuine smile and made us feel valued as guests. She was cheerful, approachable, attentive, and created a very positive first impression. Her excellent customer service truly stood out and made our stay more enjoyable.❤️❤️
Our only disappointment was the parking and arrival experience. When we arrived, the concierge team was not very approachable or proactive in assisting with luggage, which was unexpected. Later, when we requested our car from the basement and handed over our parking card, we were told that if the staff would retrieve the car, it would take around 20–25 minutes. We were surprised by this response because guests usually expect a more efficient and welcoming service. Waiting is understandable during busy hours, but the way it was communicated could have been more accommodating and guest-
