The view over the valley is unique. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great location.

The location was amazing — they truly weren’t lying when they said they have the best view in all of Valle de Bravo.
The only downside was that the restaurant wasn’t accepting credit card payments, and we weren’t informed about it until we asked for the check. It would have been helpful to know in advance.
Other than that, our stay was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our visit.
We had some issues with the hot water in our shower, but once the staff understood the situation, they were quick to resolve it.

Older property that's being remodeled (it appears to be an former motel). It has a nice swimming pool, jacuzzi and sundeck overlooking the Valle de Bravo lake. The staff was very kind and went all the way out to help me with my requests. Also, there was a nice restaurant on site
The process to get the pool towels was a overcomplicated, they could probably make it simpler.
