Muy bien ubicado cerca de la Plaza: caminando se puede llegar a diversas opciones de comida, bebidas, cajeros, taxis, tiendas. Proporcionan indicaciones claras sobre el mantenimiento/limpieza de la habitación y los artículos en la misma.
Por las mañanas antes de las 6am sonaba fuertemente una cuenta regresiva como de algún juego, además de que se repetía constantemente por un periodo prolongado resultando incómodo. Se realizaba el reemplazo de jabón y papel por nuevos a pesar de que se pudiera seguir usando y solo complementar con adicionales, posiblemente generando desperdicio de los mismos.
