Don’t think the high cost booking.com charge is worth it considering other folk who booked direct paid 1000 less for the week .

good place to stay during ski holiday

Well maintain hotel, a special thank you to the cleaner lady who took such great care in keeping my room clean, tidy, and always fresh. It was a pleasure to return each day to a perfectly arranged room. Her attention to detail and dedication truly made my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Perfect location, high attention to detail and exceptional staff

The experience overall was exceptional. A great location close the main village with additional service to have boots and skis located close to ski lift so only a very short walk in ski boots. Breakfast was very good - much better than typical buffet breakfasts. The staff were exceptionally helpful. The rooms were very clean, well appointed, modern with a traditional twist. I would not consider any other hotel in St Anton after this experience.

Beautiful hotel, staff and location.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay and felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would 100% stay here again. A huge thank you to Kathryn and Fiona at reception, they were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay.

Lovely family run hotel, great location and fabulous hosts.

Great location - 5 mins to the train and central in the village. Room very comfortable and well furnished, nice view of the hills. Hosts were lovely and went above and beyond to help me get some food when my daughter was ill. Breakfast great, lots of choice. Nice cat to greet you if you arrive late.

A very relaxing stay. Would recommend.

Modern with lots of traditional touches. Just 5 minutes walk from the train station and 5 minutes from the hotel to the main ski lift. Bedrooms were clean, spacious and cosy with fantastic walk in showers in the bathroom. Staff were very helpful and friendly and provided recommendations for places to eat of an evening. Breakfast was extensive and catered for all tastes. Would definitely stay here again.

A very welcoming stay in a well run, well located hotel.

All of the staff and the owner were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and the hotel is really well kept. The location is also good and the arrangement to leave your skis at the hire shop by the Galzig cable car made skiing very straight forward.

not allot to dislike other than no thermostat for the rooms so had to control temperature with opening windows etc.

I liked everything about the hotel from the staff who were all fantastic. The location which was a 5 minute walk from the lifts. The cleanliness was excellent and the breakfast was great to set you up for the day. I would definitely return. Thankyou to all the staff for a fantastic stay

great location right in the centre of St Antons and less than 100 metres from the ski slopes. wonderful staff only too happy to help and a great breakfast too.

unfortunately they don’t have a restaurant at night but the bar is open until 9 pm

we had an exceptional stay at Mossmer. would definitely recommend staying in this hotel and hope I get to visit again so

we loved the ambience, location, breakfast, wellness and views

the rooms were hot and dry. but leaving the windows open really helped. we wished the bar stayed open one hour later so we could have a night cap at the hotel after dinner.
