Charming B&B with a convenient location and fantastic breakfast that made us feel like at home.

Everything about our stay, especially the hospitality of the entire family that runs this B&B. Michaela and Brigitte are always there to help and we enjoyed the countless conversations we had with them and the useful tips they gave about everything related to our trip. The breakfast is amazing and Walter makes the best fried eggs and omelette! The cozy place is very well kept, lots of wooden panels, and spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay there again.

I would have given the stay a 10 if the shower head has decent water flow. The faucets have fine water pressure, but somehow the shower head has the water flow of a small camp shower. It's kind of my fault too because I never mentioned this to Michaela or Brigitte who are always there willing to help. When people are that nice and friendly, you don't feel comfortable complaining about anything. There is no shower curtain or a glass panel to prevent water from splashing out of the tub, I guess the very slow water flow helped keep the water in or near the tub.

A warm, welcoming stay in an unbeatable location with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home

I had a wonderful stay at Haus Gamberg. The facilities were very nice and the location is impeccable, right across from the church and close to everything. They also provide a ski locker near the lifts, which was incredibly convenient. The staff were amazing, and the owner even remembered everyone’s breakfast orders from the day before, which really stood out. It is clearly a very caring, family-run business. I would highly recommend staying here and will definitely stay again if I return to St. Anton.

We have had a wonderful stay for 1 night.

Location, atmosphere, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast, convenient place, big rooms and a charming building.

The only disadvantage for me was the noise from the upper floor (I guess noisy neighbors). Also, the bad/mattress was quite outdated, but we were fine with it.

A fantastic base to enjoy the wonderful town and surroundings.

Great selection of hot and cold food. I had an early train to catch and Michaela was more than helpful doing all she could to make food available. In general the family were wonderful hosts offering a warm welcome and very helpful advice and recommendations. They took a genuine interest in making my stay as enjoyable as possible.

It was OK, but just OK.

The hotel owners are wonderful people. Convenient parking, also free underground parking. An extremely late check-in (05:40AM) was not a problem. The hotel arranged us free ski storage next to gondola (several meters). I think that ski pass we bought at the hotel was less expensive.

I got a bath tube. Personally, I prefer a shower. We got bad weather, that has nothing to do with St. Anton. I do not know, what are the today prices in the areas I skied in the past, but in St. Anton everything was much more expensive than I ever paid. For example, one beer in St. Anton was 6 Euro everywhere I entered!

Cosy, friendly well located hotel.

Excellent breakfast and Michaela and her mum Brigitte were so friendly and accommodating it was a real pleasure to stay there.

Having a kettle to make a cuppa would have been good but ,that said, Brigitte very kindly made me a cup one afternoon so it's not a complaint!

There was only one type of soap , located over the bath ( supposed to be used as both shampoo and showering gel) which should also be used for washing hands. It was inconvenient. Also the water at the shower was not hot enough. .The room does not have a standard safe box with code but only a drawer with a separate key and it does not feel safe to leave valuable equipment over there.

Everything was perfect: the view from the balcony, cleanness, the breakfast, the local tips, the late check-in. Brigitte thanks a lot, hope to visit again one day but hopefully next time during the winter.

Owner named Brigitte was nice and friendly. Vary caring person and helpful. Location near cable car. We got from Brigitte 2 free card for it. It was very clean.

Fijn en rustig gelegen hotel op loopafstand van de skiliften en restaurants met gastvrije ontvangst.

De eigenaresse van het hotel was erg gastvrij en aardig. We werden warm ontvangen met een welkomst schnaps en konden onze auto parkeren in de parkeergarage naast het hotel, heel fijn met alle sneeuw en temperaturen ver beneden 0 de hele week. Het is een fijn verblijf op een goede maar rustige locatie, op loopafstand van de ski liften en restaurants. Lekker ontbijt met verse eieren naar eigen wens. Prima ruimte om je skispullen op te bergen.

De kussens waren naar onze smaak wat aan de dunne kant.

Very friendly and helpfull owners | hosts. Feels like being @home. Can recommend it to everybody who wants to get value for money (instead of paying ridiculous prices for accommodation).

Shower was ok, but can be improved. Always nice to be able to make a cup of tea or coffee on your room. But, having said this, we are satisfied!

Mycket bra och prisvärt boende. Läget på boendet är perfekt och personalen är mycket trevlig och tillmötesgående. Frukosten har ett bra utbud och stor bonus för den personliga pannan med ägg och bacon.

Wifi på rummet var inte det bästa.

Sehr schön eingerichtetes Hotel

Hotel mit viel Charme, das über Zimmer verfügt, die direkt auf die Kirche mit ihrer sehr schönen roten Zwiebel blicken. Der Empfang ist sehr freundlich und das Innere mit einigen schönen Gegenständen dekoriert. Bemerkenswert ist, dass die Pfirsiche und Aprikosen, die zum Frühstück serviert wurden, genau richtig, saftig und süß waren. Der Raum führt zu einem kleinen Garten, in dem zwei Futterstellen aufgestellt sind, eine für Meisen und eine für größere Vögel. Die Besitzer denken also an die Tiere, was immer ein gutes Zeichen ist, und vergessen auch die Blumen nicht, obwohl Sterne-Hotels in der Nähe überhaupt keine Blumen haben.

Simpel en goed, zeer vriendelijk personeel en uitbater. Nette accomodatie, enkel douche vinden we handiger dan een ligbad. Zeker om naar terug te keren.
