Good stay

We liked the spacious room and hosts. They spoke english. Bathroom was outside next door. The room was warm enough. We could use the fridge for cheese we bought. In the morning a lovely breakfast buffet was waiting for us. Place has a free parking outside, but you need to mark that you want it.

Peace, quiet, nature, clean, true value for money

Located exactly at the edge of the village of Zarlardinge (beyond are just fields and trees) it is an excellent location to explore the beautiful natural surroundings (Flemish Ardennes hills) nor is it too far from larger cities or pictoresque smaller ones like Lier and Oudenaarde (all worth visiting). An actual small river flows underneath the building (hence: watermill) and it is sooo quiet at night. All windows have insect nets so one can sleep with them open. If looking for rest and safety, this is the place to be. Very affordable in comparison with other possibilities in the surroundings. Very friendly and welcoming host, good breakfast, large and very clean rooms, free (although depending on how many guests there are sometimes creative) safe parking. For great and affordable Belgian and international cuisine, and real and delicious Belgian beers, one can walk slightly uphill no more than 500 meters to cafe-restaurant Sanseveria located exactly opposite the small church in the centre. Will definitely return here.

The apartment was very comfortable. The balcony was very nice to enjoy a drink in the day.

Not really a minus point but going to the apartment can be difficult with big suitcases due to the narrow stairs.

Dangerous and irregular too narrow turning staircase. Dirty toilet. Missing curtains => lack of privacy. Cleaning in general is disastrous. Lack of water pressure in the shower. Missing luggage support. Missing charging points near bed.

Goed voor één overnachting maar niet voor langere tijd.

Ik had 5 kamers geboekt voor de familie ivm een trouwfeest. Ontbijt was vrij sober maar wat er wat er aanwezig was was wel lekker.

Onze kamer had zelfs geen gordijnen en met een venster tot op de grond stond je gewoon in je nakie voor de straat. Dus maar handdoeken voorgehangen en stoelen voorgezet. Onze zoon zijn douche werkte nauwelijks en de afvoer zat verstopt. Sommigen hadden al bijna gedaan met ontbijten toen er eindelijk gevraagd werd of er een eitje moest zijn. Dit was wel een beetje laat en deze hadden er natuurlijk geen zin meer in.

De omgeving is prachtig. De kamer was comfortabel en had alles wat we nodig hadden. Perfect voor een nachtje op doorreis. Lekker ontbijtje, met een vers gebakken of gekookt eitje op verzoek.

Het was erg gehorig. Andere mensen waren op de gang iets te veel hoorbaar. Waarschijnlijk door de accoustiek van het pand.

Toen we aankwamen was er niemand aanwezig op de accomodatie. We stonden met een aantal mensen te wachten op de gastvrouw. We hebben dan zelf gebeld naar de gastvrouw. Hygiene kon beter.

Vreemde indeling niet echt schoon . En vreselijk gehorig ..hele nacht niet geslapen door huilende kinderen en smorgens al onder ons raam discussie over geparkeerde auto ...en heel apart kindje ging op potje plassen tijdens ontbijt ...naast onze tafel

We hadden een heel fijne tijd in B&B Molen Ter Walle!

De ligging, de gastvrijheid (heerlijk ontbijt en leuke babbels) en de grootte van het appartement mét terras nog wel. Maar ook aan de ontbijtruimte was een fijn terras grenzend aan de tuin. Daar zouden we zeker gebruik van hebben gemaakt indien we in een kamer verbleven.

Er is niks dat me niet beviel. Sanitair was spic en span, ook heel fijn dat er handdoeken en zeepjes klaarlagen. De keuken was iets minder rein. Ik heb de glazen en bestekken even afgewassen voor gebruik. In de slaapkamer en de living was er veel stof. Bij het openzetten vh raam om te verluchten kwam het van onder de bedden gewaaid. Dit zou me echter niet tegenhouden om terug te komen. Ik vond ons verblijf top!

Nous avons été reçu très chaleureusement par Monsieur et Madame. Un couple très gentil, accueillant et disponible pour leur client. Endroit familiale. Avec des belles chambres jumelable ! (veel te kort) verblijf in een leuke b&b,

Deze b&b is gelegen in een mooie streek en redelijk rustig. Er is aandacht besteed aan de veiligheid van het gebouw. De eigenaars waren zeer sympathiek en behulpzaam. We hadden leuke gesprekjes en ze gaven ons ook tips voor uitstapjes en restaurants. De kamers waren groot met eigen badkamer en de bedden waren super comfortabel. We hadden geluk met het mooie weer en hebben 's avonds lang kunnen buiten genieten. Het ontbijt was lekker.

We hadden kamers gevraagd, die niet te ver uit elkaar lagen, en dat hebben ze ons niet kunnen geven. We hadden zelfs elk een kamer in een ander gebouw. Maar met een belletje of een berichtje op onze gsm, konden we gemakkelijk afspreken. Dus al bij al is het nog meegevallen.

Fantastische ontvangst, prima douche, fijn bed, mooi uitzicht, goed ontbijt.

Nergens haakjes in de badkamer, er lag water in een lade bij de fohn en een armleuning van de trap zat los. Tip: misschien een kussentje op de rotan stoelen.
