Excellent front desk staff; very helpful, pleasant and accommodating. Room was very spacious and well appointed. Bathroom was nice and clean. Comfortable bed, pillows and beddings guaranteeing a restful sleep. Can’t say anything bad about this place.

Breakfast spread was different everyday. Convenient location.
The rooms are very dusty. If you have allergies, be aware. There were massive amounts of dust around the door frame, around the TV, behind the bed, on the desk/phone and all around the electrical inputs near the desk. It seems they don't dust beyond vacuuming the floor.
During the stay staff requested the guest stop by the check-in counter multiple times to charge something they forgot to bill for initially. A small charge should just have been written off rather than inconveniencing the guest. They also didn't have bed guard rails for kids that are usually available at other 4-star hotels.
