We stayed there for two days and we liked almost everything. The guest is very nice and helpful and the sea view is just amazing :) There is a great swimming pool and if you want to make a barbecue, the guest will allow you to do so. We really enjoyed the place very much :) BUT - if you want to stay there, you definitely need to come by car.

Bad

Just the view is nice, from top of hill.

First of all, the old lady, mother of the owner, is unfriendly, she somehow started to quarrel....twice she interacted with us and always spoke argumentative with us, picking on you, in the tone of an old and bored person.....yet you are in holday on your money.....and the owners recommend that we use google translate to understand the old woman.... The photos on Booking of the room do not correspond to the real situation... the rooms and the bathroom are very, very small, with old electrical equipment... and 4 small towels (70*30), old and somehow dirty... and a mess. We didn't try the pool because we preferred to go to the beach.....but this one is also small.. I do not recommend the location if you want to enjoy your vacation.

Good view and small but very good room, bad organisation for taking care of clients

The view was very beautiful . The place wasn’t spacious but everything had its space and it had all facilities in very good condition.

It is hard to find and there is no instructions how to get to reception, no signs saying reception, no name Villa Milna written anywhere, no ways to contact. The host had just waken up even tho we told her about the time of arrival. We could not call because we didn’t have a number but we had internet and there was still no way to communicate via messages.

Very good

location, views and pool were excellent. some fantastic beaches within a few minutes drive. BBQ area was lovely in the evenings. Hosts were fantastic, left you to your own devices but always there if needed.

we were in the top floor apartment and although the view was amazing it was hard to sit on the balcony to enjoy it as the air conditioner unit was very noisy and blew hot air on you....not what you need when it is already 35 outside! You could obviously turn it off but then the apartment became to hot.

apartment for coastline town exploration

Two bedroom (4 bed) apartment near Budva. Short distances to the beaches. Nice view from balcony. Pool is small and mostly for children. Owners are nice older couple, who speak english only basics, but it was enought to understand each other. Good WiFi connection.

Disappointing.

As we couldn't get a taxi, Daniel drove us to the city. Very kind, as all people we have met from Montenegro. The view. Cleanliness.

If you don't have a car or you're not planning to rent one DO NOT book this hotel. Taxis don't go there. We had a lot of difficulty to get one to go to the city or to the closest beach. The main route to go to the nearest beach is too dangerous, specifically with kids. No pedestrians access. Too much noise at night and day in the bedroom. We can hear the neighbors flushing the toilet all night and day long. Really annoying. Towels are too small, two rolls of toilet paper for four people for five days. Come on!! Daniel was really helpful and kind, with an excellent English level. Unfortunately he wasn't around much. The person in charge doesn't speak English. Too hard to communicate. (They say in the appartement notice that we have to Google translate to speak to her. I'd never seen that before!!!) If you need a taxi you will have to call it yourself. They were mad because they spent three euros from their phone credit to call it. I mean, why is there a reception desk service? When booking this hotel, I hesitated with another with quite the same facilities. What makes me choose this one was the playground for my daughter. I was really disappointed when we arrived because the thing that we saw has nothing to do with the photos. And all the photos on booking aren't reliable.

Stunning view and quiet

The apartment was very nice with a stunning view, and with a good layout. We also appreciated the gymroom facing the sea view and the pool. It is quiet and easy to move around : between Kotor and the south of the country. Danijel is a really great host, helpful and dedicated to his guests. He gave us a lot of advices. I fully recommend this accommodation.

Great views, nice place.

The drive from the main road is short and then the general environment of the place is fantastic, all green and with a great view. It is quite functional, nice pool for the kids and you can watch them from the balcony. Cozy rooms, not small. Parking right next door. The host is a great guy. Overall very good value for money and more.

There are no restaurants or shops at walking distance, but big markets are a 10-minute drive away and both Budva and Kotor are close, as well as some restaurants along Jaz beach, which is just downhill.

Widok spoko ALE

Widok najlepszy jak do tej pory. Naprawdę poranna kawka z widokiem, super.

Zachowanie Pani wlaścicielki. Sprzątała Karcherem leżaki schody płyty kamienne przy basenie, gdy ludzie byli jeszcze w basenie. Ogólnie zachowanie mało gościnne opinie usłyszane od innych gości i z obserwacji. Woda w basenie no słaba. Po zwróceniu uwagi jakość się poprawiła. Ogólny odbiór to taki że goście przyjedźcie i zostawcie pieniądze ale tego nie wolno tamtego też nie. Tak wiem jacy są ludzie na wakacjach, ale gdy pierwszego dnia jesteś atakowany że otworzyłeś parasol na basenie i że nie wolno bo wiatr, to słabe. Bo wszedłem na basen i po 5 minutach przyszła właścicielka zaczęła coś mówić gestykulować, wymachiwać rękoma i zamknęła parasol. Naprawdę poczułem się jako niechciana osoba w tym miejscu. Pierwszy raz mi się to zdarzyło. Nie wiem jakie mają doświadczenie z gośćmi ale ja chciałem wyjeżdżać po 1 dniu. Ogólnie spoko ale powinni popracować nad gościnnością. Ludzie jadą na wakacje aby odpocząć a nie żeby byli tresowani i stresowanie.

Einfache Unterkunft mit tollem Blick, Pool und guter Lage

-tolle Aussicht -schöner großer Pool mit Bereich für kleine Kinder -ausreichend Liegen mit Schirmen -Spielplatz mit vielen Spielsachen und etwas Schatten durch die Bäume -Möglichkeit, Sport in einem Raum mit (teils in die Jahre gekommenen) Geräten zu treiben -kostenloser großer Parkplatz -Nähe zu Budva -toller familiengeeigneter Strand in unmittelbarer Nähe -Babybett und Hochstuhl waren auf Anfrage vorhanden -Sohn von der Vermieterin konnte gut Deutsch und Englisch und war schnell erreichbar

-Ausstattung sehr dürftig (zu wenig Geschirr, keine Basisausstattung an Gewürzen o.Ä., die das Kochen sehr erschwert haben) -keine komfortablen Sitzmöglichkeiten ( Plastikstühle mit angebrochener Lehne); insgesamt wenig Aufenthaltsqualität in der Wohnung -beschädigte Möbel (Schrank mit abgebrochenem Griff) -Schlaf schwierig, da die Matratzen durchgelegen waren -Tourismusabgabe wurde für unseren zweijährigen Sohn berechnet, obwohl dieser eigentlich kostenfrei gewesen wäre -Badezimmer sehr eng, Waschmaschine alt und rostig und nicht funktionsfähig, Belüftung sehr schwierig -Klimaanlage für die drei Räume nicht ausreichend -sehr hellhörig und teilweise mit Partygästen belegt -Müll kann nicht in der Anlage entsorgt werden und muss in stinkenden Säcken von den Gästen in ca. 500 Meter zu Containern gefahren werden

Mooie rustige omgeving voor mij gezin. Mooie uitzicht. İdeale plek als met vervoer bent. Veel op rij afstand.

Netter Gastgeber (Daniel) Gibt gute Tipps Schöne Umgebung und Aussicht Budva schnell zu erreichen.

Sehr hellhörig. Alle 3 Etagen toilettengänge und duschen gingen über unsere Decke hinweg. An schlafen war leider nicht zu denken. Sehr laut Poolregeln werden akribisch eingehalten. Der Pool ist nicht für Kinder. Kein reinspingen kein ballspielen. Pool bis 20 Uhr. Keine Minute länger. Vesna kommt sofort wenn sie es hört

Все в апартаментах достаточно старое. Кондиционер не чистили очень давно и охлаждает он не лучше чем простой вентилятор. Мебель старая, стиральная машина просто ужас. На каждом углу листы формата А4 прикрепленные на скотч к стенам будут вас информировать а дополнительных правилах проживания.
