ロケーションは素晴らしく、徒歩移動も苦が無い。
スタッフも親切で、施設に対する説明も丁寧。
久しぶりに私に合ったベットで安眠した。
私が泊まった部屋だけだと良いが、フローリングの床の建付けが悪く隙間にゴミが溜まっていたり、ベット横のライトの電源線が接触不良で不安を感じたり（火災の心配があり、ｺﾝｾﾝﾄから抜いて放置）
カーテンがしっかり締まらなかったりと設備上の満足度は低い。
