The breakfast is better than last year, and the staff is quick to move us to another floor after we report seeing a small cockroach in the bathroom. So the staff came in to clean and spray the whole floor.
On hot days, there is always fresh ice water in the lobby for everyone . This hotel is in the city centre, so it would save time to go around Ben Thanh Market.
Only 1 lift, so you have to wait.

Location, close to restaurants, convenience stores and tourist attractions
Bath time b was leaking to the bathroom floor so we had to ask for extra floor mats to dry up the floor

Staff is very nice. The hotel is very well located.
Sometimes, there was no hot water in the shower.
The safe is not bolted to the wall or closet.
