authentic feels like residential apartments- everything you need with the most fabulous sea view. large kingsize bed and a twin- very clean

nothing not to like - there are a lot of steps down to beach 5 mins away so that was ok for us but not for others. you can walk the road way ( safe as residential -pavements)

Wonderful host!

Mirjana is a fabulous host, she made us feel very welcome and was very responsive during our stay. the apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped, the terrace is large and gets the sun throughout the day.

In Lapad, there are lots of steps! this property is no exception, you will need to be prepared to tackle the steps to get to supermarkets, restaurants, beach, bus stops etc. Otherwise, the location was good.

Excelent location in the Lapad, private atmosphere of the apartment, garden with lemons, sea view, beautiful beaches close to the apartment.. amazing stay! I do recommend:-) We were also surprised with the fresh limonade and homemade cake after we arrived to the apartment. Thank you!!!!

Muy buena estancia. Repetiría sin duda

El apartamento es cómodo. No muy espacioso pero suficiente. La cocina está bien equipada (pudimos cocinar en ella, que no es así en todos los "supuestos apartamentos" que se anuncian"). Tenía microondas, vitro y horno, todo prácticamente nuevo. El baño también era amplio y la cama era grande. El plus de la terraza era muy top, para desayunar, cenar o tomarte algo en ella. La ubicación es buena, a 5 minutos de la playa de Lapad, aunque es cierto que había que bajar bastantes escaleras (y luego subirlas!) Tiene dos supermercados al lado y la parada de bus para ir al centro está también a 7 min. La dueña contestaba super rápido por Booking, nos dio indicaciones y sugerencias para hacer en Dubrovnik y también pudimos guardar el equipaje en donde guardan la limpieza, ya que nuestro vuelo era por la noche. No recomiendo tener coche en Dubrovnik. Te puedes mover perfectamente en bus, y aparcarlo es o casi imposible o carísimo. Nosotros lo dejamos en el aeropuerto el primer día (después de hacer nuestro recorrido por el país) y no lo hemos necesitado.

Todo bien. La ubicación está a 15-20 min en bus de la ciudad vieja (esto ya depende de lo que quiera la gente), pero recomiendo quedarse en Lapad e ir a la ciudad en bus, porque andar por maletas mientras está petado de gente tiene que ser muy incómodo.

Nos encantó nuestra estancia en este alojamiento. El lugar es súper tranquilo, ideal para descansar y disfrutar del entorno. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado, y nos sentimos muy a gusto durante toda la estancia. En general, todo fue perfecto.
