Do staff! Principalmente, do staff! Fizeram de tudo para me sentir em casa. Eu saí de manhã cedo, fora do horário do pequeno almoço, era nos deixado preparado o pequeno almoço na cozinha e as portas ficavam abertas para estarmos à vontade de nos servir. Mais que isto para nos sentirmos em casa?! Só a ternura e o carinho da minha "sister" que deixei lá. Ía à minha procura para saber se tudo tinha ficado a meu contento. Só por isto, voltarei ao lugar aonde me senti em casa.

Há pequenos pormenores a cuidar, mas nada de especial tendo em conta tudo o resto. Sugeriu só umas peças de fruta ao pequeno almoço e uns ovos, se o hóspede assim desejar.

The location was fantastic. The ladies who bring breakfast and make dinner(if you book ahead) are fabulous and so helpful. Traditional clean Riad.

It’s a bit mismanaged. We booked airport transfer in advance. On departure, the chap on duty wanted to charge us again and no transfer arranged. He did however come out to the Main Street and find us a taxi but made it a bit stressful after a lovely relaxed few days. The other chap who showed up briefly and told us we had to change rooms after only one night was never seen again and he was allegedly organising our return transfer to the airport. I note from other reviews and also 2 other guests staying at the same time, they also were told to change rooms during their stay. It seem if they get another booking they juggle the existing guests to fit more in! We’re pretty easy going travellers but it was all a bit annoying when we were only there for 4 nights to relax. Breakfast is also a bit meh, just bread and jam and a pancake each, the same every day with juice and tea. Again, eating out is so cheap it wasn’t a deal breaker for us.
