Cisza. Duży przestronny pokój, wszystko w drewnie, na dole karczma. Obiekt psiolubny 🙂

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, es war alles da, was man braucht. Zusätzlich auch Kaffee, Schoki, Tee. Wir waren nur zur Zwischenübernachtung dort, Dafür hat es gereicht, Für einen längeren Aufenthalt, wäre es insgesamt zu viert im Familienzimmer zu klein gewesen. Zumindest, wenn man sich selbst versorgen möchte, Parkplatz direkt am Hause. Sonnenliegen direkt vor der Tür. Check-In per Code möglich.

Es gab kein Hotelpersonal. Keine Rezeption. Ansprechpartner nur telefonisch, Die Damen im Restaurant können zu nichts Auskunft geben. Zum Restaurant: Die Speisekarte war nur auf tschechisch, Englisch war nicht möglich, Wir wurden darauf hingewiesen KI zu nutzen. Eine Getränkekarte gab es erst gar nicht. Das Essen war in Ordnung, Große Portionen, preiswert, Das Frühstück war sehr einfach, kontinental. Der Pool war sehr schmutzig,

We were in this big lodge during new year's holidays and used it mainly as a hub for our trips to Prague approx. 30 km away. We stayed there for 4 nights. The location is nice, however nothing special. The biggest attraction is the hotel itself which is build out of big logs. Everything is out of wood and logs. The place has its own tennis court under the roof, bowling-alley ... and a restaurant with tables in two floors. They also have the capacities outside - including ski-place ... We had their biggest room, the apartment, which has separate bed-room, terrace and even an outside jacuzzi (we didn't use it). Beds were semi comfortable, however squeaky and rather noisy. Heating was not working properly (radiators needed airing) but I sorted this myself. The problem was also with the pressure in the faucets in the bathroom (they had veeery slowly running water). I asked the owner about it but there was nothing she could do. Neither could I ... But really annoying was the smell - they were obviously airing the septic tank just under our terrace and it was smelling bad. Although we had closed windows, the smell got inside. We didn't have breakfast but we ate there twice. First time was ok and fair but the next time was disappointing - it was on new years eve and the staff couldn't really explain what they have on menu. The knowledge of foreign languages was poor, so we were rather disappointed at what we got. For instance I ordered "roastbeef with french-fries" with what I considered should be a stake, but I actually got a cold carppaccio with fries ... But the beer was ok ...

The staff should be more helpful. We are not demanding guests and we can handle much, as long as the staff shows some interest in your problem ... even at our arrival the girls at the bar - which is at the main entrance - couldn't point us to the person in charge of the rooms. And when we checked out some lady was practically annoyed when I tried to give her the keys of the apartment ... They need to have staff with some foreign language skills ... And I won't even mention that the price was set in czech kronas so the end price of the accommodation was about 18 euros higher than it was sold on booking ... Under the line - it's a nice place but needs serious consideration about the service. I'm surprised they have such a high score on booking
