Bardzo dobry kontakt z menadżerem obiektu. Bardzo smaczne śniadania w formie bufetu, smaczne dania z karty w restauracji. Bardzo fajna strefa SPA, dużo atrakcji w strefie rozrywki (bilard, kręgle). Pokoje czyste, w obiekcie jest dostępna winda. 10 minut pieszo do przepięknej jaskini.
W środku lata duszno w pokoju na drugim piętrze. Kelnerki słabo porozumiewają się w języku angielskim.

- dobrá snídaně - ochotný personál - možnost využití výtahu v případě ubytování v patře - možnost platby kartou - vybavenost městečka Sloup (potraviny, drogérie...) - wellness jsme nevyužili, ale bowling ano

Poloha hotelu a vstřícný personál
Hotel Stara Skola láká svou profilovou fotkou na wellness, který není v ceně ubytování a nikde v popisu to neuvádějí…Hotel jsem si objednala z důvodu relaxace ve wellnessu, jinak bych si tento hotel vůbec nevybrala, jelikož v okolí je takovýchto ubytování spousta a za lepší ceny….Až v hotelu mi bylo sděleno, že wellness si musím dokoupit…Bohužel tento hotel POMĚR CENA-KVALITA NESPLŇUJE….
