I liked the comfort of the bed and cleanliness of the room. Having a café downstairs was convenient and the buffet breakfast was very good.
I felt the staff in the café were a little bossy and unapproachable.

We have stayed here several times before and it's our first option in El Puerto. Very spacious room, good shower, comfortable bed. Staff are always friendly and helpful. Service in the bar/cafeteria impeccable. Can usually find street parking fairly close.
Large room but only one chair. The "terrace" accessible through the bathroom was in fact internal, with no furniture and just a drain in the middle. We did agree to switch from the smaller "room with balcony" which we had booked, but feel that we were misled about the substitute room. Although the hotel advertises a fixed price menu, which we have had in the past, but on this occasion we were not permitted to eat in the restaurant and so took the more expensive Carta in the bar.

The room was nice and clean. Locaties was also nice.
Airconditioning didnt work properly. It was way too hot in the room, when we tried to look for help there was no one and nobody was reachable. Poor staff
