The staff were very friendly and helpful! There was a lot of amenities within the property such as a beautiful garden and hot spring. The traditional rooms were an amazing experience. Good places to eat around as well and a very pretty walking trail.

An excellent property overall. The room was clean and very well appointed. The onsen was very good and well-maintained. The property met my dietary needs and was able to provide me with a very good vegetarian breakfast.
Minor issue: I would have loved to enjoy a walk in the garden, but couldn't do so effectively. The requirement to use the slippers provided by the inn to go for a walk in the garden is not very helpful. I could not walk in the garden because I am not used to the footwear provided. It would also be good if the garden was open for longer hours, especially in the morning.
