the location of the house is very convenient, only a short 5 minute walk down to the beach and a short 10 minute drive to the town of Argasi, where there are lots of cafes, restaurants and super market. our host was very nice and accommodating as well. the view from the room was stunning of course!
for my taste the room was a bit too humble. but it does the job if you just need a place to sleep. I would have loved to have a small capsule coffee machine for which I could buy capsules myself, but they have a filter coffee maker that I personally dont know how to work with

The facilities were limited and the sewer backed up during the day causing a smell.

The view from the balcony sea view was beautiful.
There was no AC in the 2 bedrooms. The AC is located outside the bedrooms in the dining table area. The rooms were hot and it was really hard to sleep at night. There was no fan in the master bedroom. There was a small white fan in kids bedrooms with 2 twin beds and that fan was releasing hot air. The description doesn’t say that the AC is not in the bedrooms. Also in the description it says that, “you will have the whole villa to yourself.” Which is wrong because it’s like an apartment with rooms around and neighbors around.
